At least seven alleged militants, including a ‘key’ Taliban commander, died when drones hit a house in a night-time strike.

Reports cited leaked intelligence intercepts showing that the dead were ‘planning to cross into Afghanistan’. Another report said a vehicle arrived at the house from Afghanistan when the drones hit.
