TBIJ strike ID: Ob263

The second attack of the day hit a pickup truck killing up to 15. Some reports identified them as Uzbek Islamists.

The vehicle caught fire after the attack and the bodies were reportedly badly mutilated. Drones remained over the strike zone after the attack, preventing people from getting close to the vehicle to retrieve the bodies.
